Meet the Team
Pete Brown – Owner & Founder
Pete is the founder of Pendle K9 Fitness and brings a lifelong passion for adventure, fitness, and working with dogs.
After spending 22 rewarding years in the Royal Navy as a Mechanical Engineer, serving primarily within the Fleet Air Arm and later the Submarine Service, Pete operated in some of the world's most challenging environments, from the Arctic Circle to the Middle East and the Atlantic Ocean. The discipline, resilience, and commitment developed during his military career continue to shape the way he approaches Pendle K9 Fitness today.
Since leaving the Navy, Pete has continued to work in engineering, but his passion for the outdoors and active dogs inspired him to create Pendle K9 Fitness.
As the proud owner of three high-energy dogs, Pete spends much of his free time exploring the Pendle countryside. If you're local to Newchurch-in-Pendle, you've probably already spotted Pete and the boys out enjoying the trails and open spaces of Pendle Forest.
Pete is committed to providing a safe, professional, and rewarding experience for every dog in his care, ensuring the service works for both dogs and owners alike.
